Patients are now registered with the practice rather than an individual doctor. To make an appointment to see a Health Care Professional (Doctor, Nurse, Health Care Assistant or Physiotherapist) please telephone 01862 892759 or call at the health centre during opening hours. To make sure that the admin staff can allocate you to the appropriate person they will ask for a brief indication of the problem as per the Doctor's instructions. The receptionist will try to give you a time that is convenient to you but if this is not possible they will suggest an alternative time or another person who is available.

As each appointment is for 15 minutes the doctor can only deal with one or two problems at a visit. If you feel you will need more time please ask the receptionist for a double appointment. Each appointment is for one patient only.

Registrars and Students

At certain times a GP Registrar (trainee medical practitioner) and/or medical students, or students with any member of the Primary Health Care Team may be working under supervision. You will be asked for your permission for a student to be involved in your care but you are not obliged to consent to this. The practice has achieved Practice Accreditation and is an accredited training practice.
